All LT-1 ECMs for 1992-93 require the correct Mem-cal to supply fuel and spark calibrations. Custom programmed mem-cals are supplied to defeat VATS, eliminate nuisance trouble codes, and correctly match engine modifications on non-stock engines. Mem-cals also contain the electronic spark control (knock sensor control).
