Tired of living with your unreliable carburetor and lousy gas mileage?? Replace it with a complete Throttle Body Fuel Injection system from Howell Engine Developments.
Suitable for GM, Ford, Chrysler and Jeep engines in street and 4x4 off-road applications, Howell’s TBI systems provide one touch starting, precise fuel control, good power, and better gas mileage, with consistent, closed loop fuel delivery, all in an easy to install package.
Each Howell TBI system includes every component you need to make the swap, along with full instructions and 23 years of EFI experience. Your system will come with a like new, remanufactured throttle body assembly, and all sensors, components, wiring harnesses, ECM, and in-line fuel pump. We include a custom calibration PROM to match your engine, and one of our intake adapter plates to match your intake manifold to the TBI unit.
The wiring harnesses included in all Howell TBI kits feature GM/Packard high temp wire and waterproof, Packard Weatherpack connectors that keep your engine running in all weather conditions. Our pre-assembled harnesses with individually labeled connectors make installation a snap, and our high grade covering and bindings will look clean and professional, even under hard and dirty service.
Compatible with ECM controlled or conventional ignitions, this is the simplest way to add modern fuel injection to almost any V6, Inline 6 or V8 engine. Many of our kits are 50 state emission legal, and this is highlighted in the description of each kit. In addition ot kits, we also sell our system parts separately for your convenience.
